The Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle caused by collisions or fire, unless the Renter has opted for CDW – Collision Damage Waiver, by checking the Optional Insurance box in the Terms and Conditions and paying the applicable daily fee.
Accepting the CDW condition and the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) does not exempt the Renter if the vehicle is not used in accordance with the terms and conditions described in this agreement, especially the usage conditions (Art. VII).
If the Renter has opted for CDW – Collision Damage Waiver, SCDW – Super Collision Damage Waiver, or SUPER COVER, a damage administration fee will still apply, as stipulated in the fee list included in the first part of the agreement.

- Inside the vehicle and the windshield.

- PAYMENTS:
The Renter will pay a deposit before picking up the vehicle. The Owner may use this deposit to guarantee the payment of amounts owed by the client according to this contract, as described in the agreement.
Upon signing this contract, the Renter will pay the full value of the agreement, as well as any other sums that constitute the total amount owed, approved and completed by mutual agreement on the form on the reverse side. Fees will be calculated in accordance with the applicable rates before the Renter picks up the vehicle.
If the Renter’s name (client) on the reverse side is incorrect, the person signing on the reverse side will be considered by the Owner as responsible according to the contractual clauses.
The Renter authorizes the Owner to process all amounts owed according to this contract on their credit card, the details of which are provided on the reverse side (other amounts that may be owed to the Owner according to the contract).
IMPORTANT: In case the Renter does not benefit from the SUPER COVER insurance and returns the vehicle with additional damages, according to the signed contract upon picking up the vehicle, and the Renter refuses to pay or cooperate with the Bee Rent agent in the procedures conducted by First Bank, the deposit amount will be withheld, regardless of whether the damage value is less than the deposit amount. X. Renter’s Liability in Case of Offenses and Fines According to Road Legislation:
The Renter is responsible as the vehicle’s holder and will be liable for covering all costs for any offenses committed with the vehicle according to road legislation during the rental period, as well as for all fines for illegal parking of the vehicle during this period.
If the Renter uses the Cernavodă Bridge, they will be responsible for paying the bridge toll and proving this to the Owner with a receipt; otherwise, a fee of 100 euros (equivalent to the fine) will be charged.
